Shipping agents for the Pacific Forum Line in Tonga, Samoa, New Zealand and Australia met in Suva last week for a sales conference focusing on quality service delivery to customers.
Hosted by Pacific Agencies Fiji Limited (PAFL), the Fiji agent for Pacific Forum Line, the conference was also attended by Sydney based representative of Neptune Pacific Limited, Adrian Butler and Bill MacDonald.
Other Participants were Darren Doubleton and Richard Hammond of Quay Shipping (Australian agents), Irene Elia of Forum Shipping Agency Samoa, Kepu Ngaluafe and Sonia Fonua of Forum Shipping Agency Tonga, Jacob Allison of Pacific Forum Line Group NZ, Bill and PAFL’s Dharmend Sharma.
The two-day conference concluded with a customer cocktail function last Wednesday evening.
“We welcome our sister agents from around the Pacific, Australia and NZ, this is a great opportunity to engage, to talanoa, to share ideas and develop strategy, it is initiatives such as this which will allow us as agents to work in closer collaboration with the end result being better service delivery for our customer base,” said Dharmend Sharma on behalf of PAFL General Manager Craig Strong.
Mr Sharma also acknowledged Adrian Butler, for such a valuable initiative.

Pacific Forum Line is a 50% shareholder in Pacific Agencies Fiji Limited and a 100 percent shareholder in Forum Shipping Agency Tonga and Forum Shipping Agency Samoa.
